Meet Ursula White, DNP (c), MSN, FNP-C

Ursula White is a doctorally prepared Family Nurse Practitioner with over 17 years of experience in nursing and healthcare. Her journey into medicine was inspired by a lifelong commitment to service—beginning with her time as a U.S. Army soldier and later as a flight attendant for United Airlines and Delta Airlines. These early roles nurtured her passion for helping people from all walks of life, eventually leading her to pursue a career in healthcare.

Ursula has worked across multiple specialties including family medicine, urgent care, pediatrics, gastroenterology, hospice, and intensive care. As a nurse practitioner, she is known for her compassionate, patient-first approach and her commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care.

She holds an Associate of Science in Nursing from Central Carolina Community College, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at El Paso, and a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus in Family Nurse Practice from Purdue University. She is currently completing her Doctor of Nursing Practice at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke.

When she’s not caring for patients, Ursula enjoys spending time with her husband, their son, and their beloved 15-year-old beagle, Maxie. She also loves to travel internationally and is always excited to try new cuisines wherever she goes.
